This is a full-time, permanent position that allows you to work remotely from anywhere in the world. As a Signing Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the signing process, ensuring that all documents are executed in a timely and accurate manner. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure that all transactions are processed efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the signing process, including document preparation, execution, and delivery
• Ensure that all signing procedures are compliant with industry regulations and company policies
• Work closely with our finance team to ensure that all transactions are processed efficiently and effectively
• Provide guidance and support to our team of signing agents
• Develop and implement new signing procedures and policies as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of all signing activities
• Provide regular reports to senior management on signing activities and performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendorsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of signing procedures and regulations
  • Experience working with S corps and partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
