in Waitsburg, WA is seeking two experienced paraprofessionals for
full-time contract positions from ASAP through June 2026. These
roles provide an excellent opportunity to support diverse student
needs across various age groups in a dynamic educational
environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist classroom teachers with
instruction and classroom management Support students with
individualized learning and behavioral plans Adapt to a range of
caseloads, working with students of different ages Monitor and
support student behavior, promoting a positive learning atmosphere
Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational
strategies Qualifications and Experience: Previous paraprofessional
experience in a school setting is required Flexibility to work with
multiple age groups and various caseloads Experience with
behavioral support is highly advantageous Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work full-time, approximately 32.5
to 35 hours per week Location: Positions are based in Waitsburg,
