Job Description:
Volt is immediately hiring for Senior Implementation Manager-
Electrical in Richland, WA Position Type: Full-Time Contract
Duration: 12 months As a Senior Implementation Manager , you will
Position Responsibilities: Perform under limited supervision with
appropriate discretion and judgment, with minimal direction/support
and management involvement of activities listed below (and others
as needs arise). Assist Project Manager(s) with the development and
maintenance of project SharePoint site(s) for accurate records
retention. Converse with site users in person, via email, and phone
to identify needs and access to the site(s) Upload, publish, and
archive documents to appropriate SharePoint location Maintain and
organize project documents including actions and statuses on
appropriate SharePoint location. Provide user training to project
staff and others as needed. Prepare and deliver written and oral
communications to various groups. Provide support to the Project
Managers for all project closeout procedures, including but not
limited to managing document duplication, scanning, printing,
transmitting, and archiving. Support in-processing efforts for new
department employees as well as contract employees. This includes
SSIS, processing paperwork for new hires, as well as termination
and scheduling training. Experience with all Microsoft program,
including, Excel, Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
Incorporate all process and procedures that support project startup
and closeout phases. Perform other related duties as assigned. Must
support the biennial refueling outage in capacity as designated.
Required: Requires an advanced (graduate) degree in a related field
of study or business AND 10 years of Electrical experience in a
nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment. OR
bachelor's degree in a related field of study or business AND 12
years of Electrical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or
regulated industrial environment. OR associate degree from an
accredited college or university AND 14 years of Electrical
experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial
environment. OR High School Diploma/GED AND 16 years of Electrical
experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial
environment. Experience with the production and operational
processes at a commercial nuclear powerplant Experience in multiple
refueling outages at a commercial nuclear powerplant. Skilled in
Enterprise Management Software (Asset Suite, SAP, etc.) Intimately
familiar with logic driven schedules (generated by Primavera and/or
Microsoft Project) Code and regulatory requirements as they relate
to maintenance and field work activities Error reduction and human
performance improvement methods, and cost-effective work execution
methodologies. Procedures and processes related to maintenance and
engineering activities. Desired education and experience: Proven
experience with electrical systems at the commercial nuclear
powerplant. Certifications associated with electrical disciplines,
construction, or projects are desired. Proven experience in
construction management. Proven experience in multiple refueling
outages at a commercial nuclear powerplant. Proven experience with
the production and operational processes at a commercial nuclear
powerplant. Pay Range : $100 to $110 per hour *Pay range offered to
a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including
the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific
