Eagle Group is seeking a bright, creative, goal-oriented, high energy and hardworking individual to join our team as the Director of Safety & Loss Control. This successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be flexible and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. The ability to communicate with all levels of the organization is one of the keys to success in this role. We are a Carrier with 300 class 8 vehicles and locations across the United States.
Requirements

• Certified Director of Fleet Safety(CDS) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must possess strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations including CSA
• Must have successful track record of working with senior management to develop programs and criteria to remain at the highest level of compliance and safe operations.
• Must be able to analyze metrics and develop recommendations for improved metrics
• Extensive experience with driver recruitment; including discipline; training; hours of service compliance and risk management
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to work collaboratively with others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize projects and duties with exceptional follow though skills
• Willing to travel to terminal locations as needed
