area.Reporting directly to the CNO the Nurse Director of the
Emergency Department will be a beacon of guidance for this
close-knit team. This person will be close to the top of the chain

supported by the ED Charge Nurse, circulating RNs, Scrubs and
more.This medium sized ED Unit is extremely tight. The Nurse
Director of the Emergency Department will work closely with other
teams to ensure patients get the highest quality of care. The ED

collaborate like a well-oiled machine.The Nurse Director of the
Emergency Department should have strong operations experience, as
they are expected to hold the service line to a high standard in
order to increase revenue. The Director's main objective is to
