Recognized as the top workplace in Oregon and one of the largest employers in Eastern Oregon.They are seeking a talented Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for 40 hours per week.POSITION SUMMARY:Assesses, prescribes, delegates, coordinates, and evaluates the nursing care provided. Ensures provision of quality care for selected groups of patients through utilization of nursing process, established standards of care, policies and procedures. He/She is responsible for the written Nursing Care Plan, acts as the patient advocate, and is responsible for the direction and supervision of any personnel assigned to him/her. The RN is responsible to the Unit Nurse Manager or House Supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS:

• Home Health or Hospice experience (highly preferred)
• 2 years of med/surg or equivelent nursing experience if no previous Home Health or Hospice experience (required)
• Must be flexible and family oriented (required)
• Current RN license in the State of Oregon (preferred)Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (required)
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and current automobile and liability insurance (required)
• Tech savvy (preferred)
• Strong documentation, communication, and good assessment skills (required)
• Current BLS (required)Job Type:
  • Full-timeHours per week:
    • 40Schedule:
      • Monday -Friday; 8a-4:30p; NO CALL
      • 1 weekend every 4 weeks (every 5-6 weeks when fully staffed)Compensation:
        • $33.57 - $59.85 Per/Hour (compensation based on years of experience)
        • Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate
        • $30 monthly cell phone allowanceWork Location:
          • Out in the field providing patient visits (home)Coverage Area:
            • 60-mile radius of the Hermiston Office (includes Pendleton)Productivity Requirements:
              • 4-5 patient visits per day -
