Our client, a leading organization in mission?critical facility construction , is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager , you will be part of the Construction Management / COI organization supporting field execution, contractor coordination, and site operations . The ideal candidate will have strong communication , exceptional problem?solving , and excellent attention to detail , which will align successfully within the organization Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Malaga, WA (Wenatchee) Pay Range: $78.51 – $86.35 per hour What’s the Job? Oversee daily site activities including contractor coordination, inspections, and real?time field issue resolution. Conduct daily site walks focused on safety, quality, schedule, and construction progress. Review and manage RFIs, change items, and inspection documentation to ensure alignment with design intent. Collaborate with general contractors, trade partners, and designers to ensure work moves efficiently and risks are escalated early. Manage schedule and constraint tracking to maintain progress on a large, ground?up construction project. What’s Needed? 10 years of construction management experience, preferably on large, complex, or mission?critical projects. [ Strong field execution skills including safety, quality, and schedule management (7 years). Experience managing RFIs, change management, and issue resolution in active construction environments (5 years). Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred. Ability to work independently on a fully onsite assignment in Wenatchee/Malaga, WA. Local candidates only. What’s in it for me?
