visit our ! About the Job We have an opening for a Residential
Associate or Personal Care Associate position. These positions
require applicants have the ability to work as a member of a direct
care team serving adults with serious mental illness; to support
the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions;
perform housekeeping and meal preparation; medication
administration; and keep accurate clinical documentation. If you
have experience working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP),
Residential Assistant (RA), Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer,
or Caregiving for a client experiencing severe mental illness, the
Residential Associate or Personal Care Associate positions might be
a good fit for you. Work Schedule: Full Time (36 hours per week),
12 hour Night shifts What You'll MakeStarting at $17.50 + per hour
DOE/Credentials. An additional $2.50 per hour night shift
differential will apply during the work hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.
About the Program Columbia River Ranch (est. 2005) is a mental
health residential treatment facility with clinical services
provided by Community Counseling Solutions. Columbia River Ranch
(CRR) has 11 treatment beds and 1 long term crisis resolution bed.
It is located on 5 acres of working farm land just outside of
Boardman, Oregon. CRR features expansive views of the Eastern
Oregon farm country from its full deck. A large yard allows outdoor
recreation activities, as well as enabling the barn and farm
animals to enhance their rural experience. The Ranch currently has
ponies, chickens, and ducks on-site. What You'll NeedPersonal Care
Associate
- Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or
professional) is preferred.
- A dedication to the well-being of each client and helping them
meet their Activities of Daily Living (ADL). OR Residential
Associate1 out of 3 Criteria below:
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology,
Counseling, Social Work, or Human Development;
- OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable mental health
experience working with individuals living with a serious mental
illness in a supervised social service setting;
- OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education in
addition to satisfactory supplemental mental health experience and
trainingSuccessful applicants MUST have a valid Oregon driver's
license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a
