visit our ! About the Job We have an opening for a Residential
Associate or Personal Care Associate position. These positions
require applicants have the ability to work as a member of a direct
care team serving adults with serious mental illness; to support
the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions;
perform housekeeping and meal preparation; medication
administration; and keep accurate clinical documentation. If you
have experience working as a Qualified Mental Health Associate
(QMHA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential Assistant
(RA), Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or Caregiving for a
client experiencing severe mental illness, then the Residential
Associate position may be a great fit for you!Work Schedule: Sunday
through Thursday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Full Time Swing) What You'll
MakeStarting at $19.00+ an hour DOE/Credentials. About the Program
New Roads RTH (est. 2014), provides housing and a hybrid of
intensive mental health and community integration services for 5
Young Adults ages 17 to 24 year old. These young adults are in
transition and have a primary diagnosis of serious and persistent
mental illness. This program is licensed by AMH, and staffed 24
hours per day, 7 days a week on a 2-2-2 staffing schedule. What
You'll NeedPersonal Care Associate
- Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or
professional) is preferred.
- A dedication to the well-being of each client and helping them
meet their Activities of Daily Living (ADL). ORResidential
Associate1 out of 3 Criteria below:
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology,
Counseling, Social Work, or Human Development;
- OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable mental health
experience working with individuals living with a serious mental
illness in a supervised social service setting;
- OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education in
addition to satisfactory supplemental mental health experience and
trainingSuccessful applicants MUST have a valid Oregon driver's
license, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to
