Specialties Accepted: Family Practice Physician - Internal Medicine Physician Location: Yakima, WAStart Date: ASAP – 6 month with option to extend Schedule: 40 hour weeks, hours are negotiable ( 8 hr, 10 hr, or 12 hr shifts)Job Details

• Long Term Care Facility
• Primary care for senior population. There is no requirement to do procedures. Admissions- admitting the patient, doing initial H&P, Discharges- home, funeral home, hospital, or ALTC., Acutes- acute medical conditions, and regulatories- chronic care management, routine care visits.
• Patient volume: This is going to depend on the amount of hours the provider will select to work. As a reference, if the provider selects an 8 hour shift, the client will hope to see them treat about 15 patients in a day.
• Senior/Geriatric Patients
• EMR: Gehrimed- to be completed at each facility location per client
• Requirements: BC, DEA, BLS, Fully vaccinated (per WA State requirements or ask for a medical or religious exemption-this could hold up bringing them on as it would need to go to a review panel for either exemption), Prior experience working with geriatric patients. Benefits
