Full Time - Night Shift Hospital Main, HERMISTON, OR, US DEFINITION OF POSITION:Assesses, prescribes, delegates, coordinates, and evaluates the nursing care provided. Ensures provision of quality care for selected groups of patients through utilization of nursing process, established standards of care, policies and procedures. The RN is responsible for the written Nursing Care Plan, acts as the patient advocate, and is responsible for the direction and supervision of any personnel assigned to them. The RN is responsible to the Unit Nurse Manager or House Supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS:A. Education: Required: Graduate of an accredited school of professionalnursing. Evidence of continuing education appropriate for skill level and area of practice.Desired: BSNB. Experience: Required: None.Desired: Previous Clinical Experience.C. Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations:Current RN license in the State of Oregon; ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certification required. Certifications specific to areas of clinical specialty preferred.D. Equipment/Tools/Work Aids:Infusion pumps, PCA pumps, and other medical equipment, computer terminal printer, photocopier, and patient charts.E.
