Samaritan Healthcare is seeking qualified Respiratory Therapists to join our Code/Rapid Response Team! _Please see below for additional details and apply with your updated resume for immediate consideration._ $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS About the Unit: Number of beds: Float throughout the whole facility Patient Population: Neonates and Adults Nurse to Patient Ratio : 1:1 Location: 801 E. Wheeler Road, Moses Lake, WA 98837 Shift/Hours: Day Shifts: 36 hrs/wk, 12-hour shifts, 6:30 am - 7:00 pm variable days Night Shift: 36 hrs/wk, 12-hour shifts,7:00pm - 6:30am variable days Holiday/Weekend Requirement: Weekend: Sat- Sun, Every other weekend. Holidays: Rotating Pay: $35.75-$43.80 per hour based on experience Responsibilities: As the Respiratory Care Therapist, you will be responsible for providing specialized respiratory assessment and care commensurate with training, experience, and competence to patients with respiratory disorders. Respiratory Care Therapists recommend treatment plans and implement care as directed by the patient's attending physician and hospital protocol. Respiratory Care Therapists may be assigned other tasks for which they have special training and/or background experience, in order to maximize team efficiency and economy.The individual in this position reports to the Respiratory Care Director. This position works closely with Nursing and Medical Staff in order to provide quality respiratory care. Am I qualified? Must Haves: License: CRT, RRT eligible, or RRT credentials from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), and State of Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner Certification/License. Certification: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP - willing to help with certifications Experience: New grads accepted. Education: Graduate of AMA accredited two (2) year Respiratory Care Practitioner education program
