General Practice opening in Connell, Washington. PHYSICAL THERAPIST - PT - CORRECTIONS A Physical Therapist is needed for a part-time or full-time position at correctional facilities in Connell, WA, and Walla Walla, WA! This position could either be 24 hours per week at one facility or split between both locations for full-time hours! • Develop treatment plans by identifying a problem list and methods to achieve identified goals
• Coordinate treatment plan with patient, family, and other team members
• Adapts treatment to meet the individual needs of the patient
• Reviews the quality and appropriateness of the total services delivered PHYSICAL THERAPIST JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Masters of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination
• 1 year of verifiable, supervised professional experience within the last 3 years
