Job Description:

Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston, Oregon (OR) is searching for a board certified Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB/GYN) physician for their 25-bed Critical Access Hospital recently selected as one of the Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals in the United States by the NRHA (National Rural Hospital Association). Practice:

• Join 3 full-time ob/gyns as employees of Good Shepherd Health
• 450 deliveries a year
• da Vinci XI robot; preference is for a candidate with training/experience in robotics/minimally invasive GYN procedures
• 1 in 4 call coverage; follow patients throughout pregnancy
• Clinic located in the hospital so no windshield time
• Approved for J-1 and H1B visa sponsorships Compensation:
  • 330k-350k 1st year salary with 30k signing bonus
  • wRVU Productivity-based compensation after 1st year
  • 25k/year for student loan payment
  • Benefits include health, dental, long/short term disability, accidental death, life insurance, retirement, dues/license, malpractice insurance including the tail, and relocation
  • 6 weeks PTO plus one week of CME Community: Hermiston is located in the heart of Eastern Oregon just 7 miles south of the Columbia River and serves an area of over 50,000.
