• Flexible 13 shifts per month in year one, 12 shifts per month year two and beyond
  
• Clinic hours: 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Weekdays, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Weekends
  
• Experience desired.
  
• Fast paced Walk-In Clinic with higher acuity patients
  
• Outpatient only with no call
  
• Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsit
  
• Multi-specialty clinic with supportive team and specialists readily available for support
  
• Two providers, 2 clinical nurses & 1 MA per shift
  
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record
  
• Competitive yearly salary ranging between $53.85 - $84.09 per hour based on experience
