• Compensation: - $234,000-$254,000 Based on experience- $30,000 sign-on bonus- Up to $17,000 production bonus potential

Join our team to find out why so many providers say they feel fulfilled working with us!DETAILS:- Provides comprehensive and continuous primary care services in a patient-centered medical home, including sanctioned non-clinic sites such as nursing homes, patient homes, school-based clinics, mobile clinics, and telehealth settings- Assesses patient needs for specialty referrals, diagnostic, and in-patient care and makes appropriate referrals for serviceQUALIFICATIONS:- WA License REQUIRED- DEA License REQUIRED- Experience in community health PREFERRED
