Good Shepherd Medical Group in Hermiston, Oregon (OR) is searching for a board certified pediatrician (PED) for their 25-bed Critical Access Hospital recently selected as one of the Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals in the United States by the NRHA (National Rural Hospital Association).Practice:

• Join 2 full-time pediatricians as employees of Good Shepherd Medical Group
• 16-25 patients per day
• Traditional practice with rounding on nursery and inpatients
• 1 in 4 call coverage
• Clinic located in the hospital so no windshield time
• Approved for J-1 and H1B visa sponsorshipsCompensation:
  • 270k-290k 1st year salary with 30k signing bonus
  • wRVU Productivity-based compensation after 1st year
  • 25k/year for student loan payment
