Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Maternal Newborn team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing individual needs and preferences
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, applying evidence-based knowledge to inform care decisionsRequirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
  • Current RN licensure in Washington State or ability to obtain
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced certifications in Maternal Newborn nursing preferred
