Job Description:
The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management
team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a
specialty area (e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery).
This is an antimicrobial stewardship and infectious diseases
pharmacy specialist position. Providence caregivers are not simply

Full time, Day Shift, Full time, Variable Shift, Required
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree - BS in Pharmacy. PharmD -
Pharmacy. Washington Pharmacist License upon hire. BPS
certification by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties in
Pharmacotherapy in specific area of practice (preferred at time of
hire, required within 2 years of hire if not already certified).
When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy
Preceptor license. Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) where
applicable. 2 years - PGY2 residency training - or - PGY1 residency
training and 2 years of experience within relevant practice setting
- or - a minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty practice

advancement. Pay Range: $ 74.67 - $ 119.38 The amounts listed are
the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for
this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime,
premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
