Job Description:

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for assessing patient specific medications and clinical data in order to evaluate & monitor for safety, efficacy and pharmaco-economic optimization opportunities. In this role, the pharmacist may administer medications, monitors clinical data, educates patients, and provides general drug information to the healthcare team. This role works closely with the Clinical Pharmacy leadership thru various projects aimed at improving the quality of care and personal professional growth and development. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree - PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or, PharmD - PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Washington Pharmacist License upon hire. Pay Range: $ 64.44 - $ 101.73 The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
