for a locum tenens job in La Grande, Oregon. Job Description &
Requirements - Specialty: Anesthesia - Discipline: CRNA - Start
Date: 09/01/2025 - Duration: 26 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift:
10 hours, days, on call - Employment Type: Locum Tenens Specialty:
CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) Willing to License
(Y/N): No- Must have Oregon CRNA License Start Date and Realistic
Timeframe for Credentials: September 1st. 30-day credentialing
Contract Length: 180 days, with possibility of extension Schedule:
4x 10 Call: 1 weekday per week 1 weekend per month Setting:
Hospital-based setting/Critical Access Hospital Requirements: •
Oregon CRNA license • Board Certification • DEA preferred •
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption • Must be able to
perform Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks,
and ultrasound-guided procedures • PICC line preferred, not
required Patient Census:/n/nVariable, average 5–20 cases per day
(includes Endo & cataracts)/n/nPatient Mix:/n/nOrtho, general,
podiatry, ENT, healthy peds, urology, OB/GYN, and occasional
endoscopy/n/n(No heads, hearts, or spine)/n/nSupport Staff:/n/n1
