As the Clinic Medical Director at Toppenish Medical Dental Clinic, you can lead a team while developing and cultivating patient relationships by managing your patient panel. This is a dual-impact position: - 70% Clinical – Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to a diverse patient population. - 30% Administrative – Lead clinical teams, drive performance, and support strategic goals in partnership with clinic operations leadership. Who we are looking for: - A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine. - An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations who would take on clinic leadership responsibilities while managing their patient panel. Position Details: - Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community - Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients - Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care - 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) - EMR system is EPIC - Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am – 8:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Position Highlights: - New Hire Guarantee: $317,264.00 - Annual CMD Stipend: $10,000.00 - Hiring Bonus of $30,000.00 - Relocation assistance of $20,000.00 - Student loan debt?
