Primary Care/Assisted Living The APC will provide assessment and
management of acute and chronic health problems for residents of
skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and for
home-bound patients. How many hours per week: 40 hours Will you
consider New Graduates: No, providers need - 6 months experience,
ideally with a background as a CNA and RN in Assisted living, or
nursing homes. Whom else will the provider be working with?, is
this a solo position: Will be solo, when traveling to patients
homes. There is a MA that will assist with blood draws when at the
assisted living. What are the typical work hours: Clinic Hours:
Monday - Friday 4x10s. Providers will split time between the
assisted living and traveling to patients homes. Flexible schedule.
Call schedule: No call Patients per day: 8-10 EMR system: Cerner
