Pay range $293,600-$317,400 Our team Join our adaptable team of 7 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers. We share a high level of trust with our team and the organization. This is a group that often pilots projects before they roll out system wide. Position Overview Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Physician 0 FTE position Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State Providers who value high quality care and work life balance Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records Work/Life Balance and Benefits Gold Award Winner of the AMA’s Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout. Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications. Signing bonus.
