Job Description GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN Clinic for a travel nursing job in Dayton, Washington. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Clinic - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Location: Dayton, WA Position: RN – Clinic ? Schedule: Days | Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (5–8 hour shifts) Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $2,000 weekly gross | OT: $47/hr Start Date: 1/5 ? Requirements: - Active WA State RN license (or Multi-State RN license) - Previous Primary Care Clinic experience Responsibilities: - Lead and support the clinic nursing team - Liaise between clinical and front staff for patient care coordination - Train new clinical staff and perform annual skills testing for compliance - Collaborate on hiring and clinic management initiatives - Lead monthly clinical team meetings and provide updates at All Staff Meetings - Evaluate and improve clinical workflows to maximize patient satisfaction - Support providers during staff absences - Manage clinic stock medications and coordinate with hospital pharmacy - Monitor quality control on diagnostic tools and Point of Care tests - Participate in population health initiatives and oversee delegated tasks - Conduct clinical chart audits and manage vaccination programs Great opportunity for experienced Primary Care RNs looking to lead and grow in a clinic setting!
