centralized healthcare for the community. About the Facility
Location Silverdale, Washington, is a bustling, unincorporated
community in Kitsap County, known as the retail and services hub
for the Kitsap Peninsula, blending Pacific Northwest nature with
suburban convenience. It features waterfront parks on Dyes Inlet,
access to the Clear Creek Trail, stunning Olympic Mountain views,
and a strong military presence due to nearby Naval bases, balancing

modern amenities like St. Michael Medical Center. About the
Clinician's Workday This position is for bread and butter clinic
and call for 3-6 months. The Clinic Manager will provide a clinic
tour/orientation before the start date. Applicants should be
interested in a wide variety of general cases, clinic, rounding,
and OR. Candidates should be collegial team players with good
patient and customer service skills. Robot onsite at hospital for
cases if needed. The locum will be the sole provider in a
fast-paced/busy dept. The provider may take hospital call during
clinic hours. Additional Job Details Case Load/PPD: 20-25 ppd
