Description Under the general direction of departmental leadership, a Journey Occupational Therapist provides specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy and as prescribed by a physician and performs related duties as assigned. Shift Details: Per diem/On-call, Day shift Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution. Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution. OTD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution. Upon hire: Membership in state and national professional organizations Experience in acute care or rehabilitation facility Experience in outpatient setting. Experience with pediatrics.
