Physical Therapy Assistant - Southgate Physical Therapy at

Assistant provides direct patient care under the supervision of a
Physical Therapist, implementing treatment plans to ensure quality
rehabilitation services. This role requires licensure, specialized
training, and adherence to hospital and departmental policies. The

The staff Physical Therapist Assistant functions under the
supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the
department director. The Physical Therapist Assistant provides
direct patient/client care under general supervision of the
therapist responsible for the specific patient's/client's plan of
care. The staff Physical Therapist Assistant assumes responsibility
and accountability for providing physical therapy treatment as
determined by a plan of care established by a Physical Therapist in
accordance with established hospital and departmental policies,
maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care. Providence

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant school Upon
hire: Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Within 30 days
of hire: Medicare National Provider Identification Number (NPI)
Specialized physical therapy training or experience to meet a

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
