Nurse with expertise in the Operating Room environment. The
position requires precision, adaptability, and a thorough
understanding of surgical nursing practices to support high-quality
patient care in a dynamic setting. This role is offered on a
contract basis and is located in Benton City, Washington. Key
Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures
by ensuring sterile conditions and availability of necessary
equipment. Assist surgical teams by monitoring patients vital signs
and providing intraoperative care. Collaborate with surgeons,
anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide
optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of
surgical procedures and patient records. Adhere to all healthcare
policies, safety protocols, and infection control guidelines.
Desired Qualifications: Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse
(RN) license. Proven experience in the Operating Room setting.
Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and aseptic
techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to
remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations. Location
