We have an exciting locum tenens opportunity for an Internal Medicine physician in Washington State, near Naches, WA. This position offers a great chance to work in a well-supported outpatient setting with no inpatient responsibilities. The role is available due to a long-term vacancy and comes with the potential for ongoing coverage. Key Details: Location: Near Naches, WA Specialty: Internal Medicine (Outpatient only) Start Date: ASAP, pending credentialing Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break Patients per shift: 16-18 EMR System: Epic Support Team: 1 Medical Assistant (MA), 4 Registered Nurses (RNs), on-site lab, pharmacy, clinical pharmacist, dietitians, and diabetes education program. GI and Endocrinology specialists are also available in the same building. Requirements: Must be board certified in Internal Medicine. Washington state medical license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Credentialing process typically takes 60-90 days, with an expedited option for clean history.
