Job Description Vista Staffing is seeking a Physician Assistant Clinic Family Practice for a job in Dayton, Washington. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Family Practice - Discipline: Physician Assistant - Duration: Ongoing - 37 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Staff - 100% outpatient primary care - No call - Open to nurse practitioners and physician assistants - Flexible scheduling: either 4-10s or Monday-Friday - Providers see an average of 15 patients per day - Provide comprehensive care within a rural health system that offers behavioral health, dental services, and family practice - Support patient education on chronic disease management and lifestyle changes - EHR system is Meditech Expanse - Work amongst both physicians and advanced practitioners - Continuing education support and professional development opportunities - Competitive salary starting in the range of $120K-$167K, depending on experience, plus annual quality and productivity bonuses - Benefits: medical/dental/vision & basic life insurance; 401K; PTO & sick time accruals; six paid holidays, option of either a sign on bonus or relocation allowance - Tight-knit community, family-friendly, mild winters, affordable cost of living that is situated within the Palouse region of eastern Washington, known for its rolling hills and agricultural landscape - Clinic is located in Dayton, WA- close to the Blue Mountains: hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, camping and a ski resort (Ski Bluewood) 20 miles away
