The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patients medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Shift Details: Full time, Variable Shift, 0040 - No Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week Required Qualifications: PharmD - Doctorate of Pharmacy or, Bachelors Degree - Bachelor of Pharmacy. Washington Pharmacist License upon hire. When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license. Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) upon hire. Preferred Qualifications: Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency Why Join Providence? The successful candidates placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
