Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Moses Lake, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,997 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Moses Lake, Washington, 98837! Job Title: Labor and Delivery Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum one year of RN experience preferred for specialty nursing departments License: Current RN Licensure Certifications: HCP Level of BLS within 30 days of hire Must-Have: Experience as an acute care registered nurse preferred Description: This position is responsible for functioning as both a caregiver and care manager. In the caregiver role, the RN assumes responsibility for a group of patients for a designated time frame implementing the Nursing Process. In the role of care manager, the RN directs and oversees the work of other caregivers via delegation, coordination, supervision, and evaluation of patient care outcomes. The individual in this position will be required to fully understand the purpose and operation of Patient Care Services. They must also have the ability to make decisions based on sound judgment when a situation dictates. Essential functions involve: Performing assessment/data collection focusing on physiological, psychosocial, and cognitive status. Maintaining professional growth through continuous education. Ensuring adherence to safety requirements including infection control and safe lifting practices. Conducting oneself in a professional manner and ensuring appearance meets the necessary standards. The work environment involves close interaction with patients, physicians, and other clinicians. Physical requirements include: Frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and bending. Manual dexterity and the ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. Strength to perform CPR and manage physical demands associated with patient care. Emotional stability to handle high-stress levels in a fast-paced environment.
