Job Description Job Description Physical Therapist (PT) Location: Puyallup, WA Contract Type: Travel Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5×8 Days Pay: $2,660.00/week Completion Bonus: $2,500 per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts) Job Description ATC Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in Puyallup, Washington. This role focuses on restoring mobility, improving strength and functional capacity, and supporting patients in achieving independence through evidence-based physical therapy interventions. The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, deliver therapeutic treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams across clinical settings depending on facility needs. This position is ideal for clinicians who are adaptable, patient-centered, and committed to high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, mobility, and functional limitations. Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training. Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and injury prevention. Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Support patient safety, recovery, and independence goals. Qualifications Active Washington State Physical Therapist (PT) license. Minimum 1 year of clinical PT experience. Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and patient education abilities. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments. Must meet physical and clinical demands of the role.
