Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and
Occupational Therapists, offering expertise in over 20 specialized
areas. These include on-site Aquatic Therapy, Myofascial Release,
Strain Counterstrain, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Visceral
Mobilization, and ASTYM, among others. We believe in working with
just 1 patient per hour. Thats why our motto is 1 patient equals 1
hour. We dont double book and we dont have you hand off your
patient or see multiple patients at a time. Our goal is to restore

Employer searching for a full-time Physical Therapist who shares

experienced and bring an area of expertise to the team to further
add to the services we provide to our community. Additionally, the
ideal candidate will be passionate about helping people and able to
work with a diverse team of clinicians and administrative staff to
support a continuity of care. We are a fast-paced clinic and need
someone who takes initiative, is positive and displays a high level
of integrity in everything they do. Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an
accredited program. Have or obtain Oregon Physical Therapy license.
Have or obtain BLS card. We are new grad friendly! Full Time
Employee Benefits Health, vision, and dental insurance with a
generous company contribution for the employee. 401K with 3%
company contribution after 1-year and 1,000 hours employment. No
employee contribution needed. 3 weeks front loaded Paid Time Off
(PTO) to start and 4 weeks front loaded PTO after 3 years of
employment. 7 paid holidays off per year, including: New Years Day
Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day after
Thanksgiving Christmas Day Annual continuing education allowance of
$2,500 and up to 3 paid days off (separate from PTO). Tuition
Assistance Bonus of up to $10,000 over 4 years. Up to $2,500
relocation expenses reimbursements. License reimbursement. 12 free
PT/OT treatments per year. Optional AFLAC coverage available for

health facility. Position Duties and Responsibilities: Develop
relationships with patients. Develop a plan of care with pertinent
goals. Meet plan of care goals as determined. Educate patients
about the care provided to foster buy in and collaborative
participation in their healing process. Create and maintain patient
records. Complete chart/peer reviews. Complete evaluations,
administer treatment and discharge patients. Complete all
corresponding documentation. Assist ill or distraught patients as
necessary. Actively participate in emergency and incident
situations when required. Summon ambulance or EMS or assist other
staff members as needed. Complete timely and accurate data entry
throughout the day to ensure accurate scheduling and information
sharing. Data entry into Electronic Medical Records system. Manage
a waitlist of patients. Maintain certifications and licenses as
required by the Company and State and Federal Regulations Assist
patients with ambulation needs as needed. Have knowledge of
clinical services offered at MVT, and communicate them to patients.
Assist in the maintenance of a clean, orderly, and safe PT
treatment area and facility. Strong written and verbal
communication skills with both patients and coworkers. Participate
in marketing initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory
Responsibilities: None. Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to
Friday
