Job Description LOCUM CRNA in La Grande, Oregon *Job ID: 131019 Type: CRNADates: May 4 to May 29Must be Oregon licensed and an Oregon DEA Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts per weekCall Ratio: Up to 1 in 4: 1-2 weekdays per week, 1 weekend per month. Must be proficient in OB if taking call.Required Skills & Procedures: Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, ultrasound guided procedures. PICC line is not required but preferred.Types of cases: Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy Peds, Urology, OB/GYN, and occasional endoscopy.
