As the Clinic Medical Director at Mirasol Family Health Center, you can lead a team while developing and cultivating patient relationships by managing your patient panel. Who we are looking for: A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations who would take on clinic leadership responsibilities while managing their patient panel Position Details : Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care 0.75 FTE (30 hours per week) EMR system is EPIC Clinic Operational Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM Position Highlights: New Hire Guarantee: $237,948 annual CMD stipend Hiring Bonus of $22,500 Relocation assistance of $15,000 Student loan debt?
