Implement individualized therapy programs to meet specific needs of students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to maximize student success. Document progress and adjust treatments as needed. Educate students and staff on physical health practices. Proficiency in pediatric physical therapy techniques. Ability to create and follow through with individual treatment plans. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Capacity to handle multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401k Valid state license as a physical therapist. Specific training or certification in pediatric physical therapy is preferable.
