Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Hermiston, OR
Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,501 per week Shift Information: Days
- 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date:
4/6/2026 About the Position Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12.5-hour
shift) Holiday coverage required Guaranteed 36 hours/week
Responsibilities: Provide direct, individualized nursing care to
adult patients before and after surgical procedures. Assess patient
conditions, monitor vital signs, and respond quickly to changes.
Administer medications and treatments safely. Initiate the
computerized Plan of Care on patient admission. Perform general
nursing duties across departments as needed. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain patient confidentiality and show empathy and compassion to
patients experiencing pain, grief, or trauma. Communicate
effectively with patients and staff from all backgrounds. Support
hospital mission, policies, and participate in required education
programs. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements
Education Required: Graduate of an accredited school of
professional nursing Preferred: BSN or MSN Licenses &
Certifications Required: Current RN license in the State of Oregon
BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) PALS
(Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Evidence of continuing education
appropriate for skill level and practice area Preferred: Certified
Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) CRASE training (required
if travel assignment >6 months) Experience Minimum 3 years of
experience in Medical-Surgical nursing preferred
