Job Description Join Kadlec Clinic as a full-time Urologist in its well-established Urology practice in Richland, Washington. This is a great opportunity to perform a broad range of general Urology procedures alongside a dedicated, collaborative team. Enjoy exceptional work-life balance in the beautiful, sunny Tri-Cities region. - Full-time position, 4.5-day work week - 1:4 call, 6 days per month - Join 2 physicians and 4 APPs with support staff - Great support and mentorship available - Kadlec has 2 robots, Urogynecology, and Aquablation available - Experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply - Compensation is between $511,699 and $674,990 per year - Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available - The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
