Supplemental Health Care is working with a Hospice Care facility in Moses Lake, Washington to hire Physical Therapists. Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Washington
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in hospice care

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $2,100 - $2,286 per week
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Hospice Care
