• Schedule: ASAP - 12/31/2026, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM w4 weeks per month, 8 guaranteed hours per day
• Job Setting: Outpatient clinic only
• Credentialing: 90 days

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified
• Licensure: Active WA state license or IMLC - DEA required
