Job Description:
About the Position We are seeking a Sleep Medicine / Neurology Advanced
Practice Provider (APP) to join a collaborative and
patient-centered team within a well-established sleep medicine
program. The APP will work closely alongside three
physicians and one nurse practitioner in an
AASM-accredited sleep center that provides both
in-lab and home sleep testing for adult patients
(18+). The practice is part of a growing and expanding Critical
Access Hospital that also serves as a Level IV
Trauma Center, offering a broad scope of services to the
region. The organization is known for its strong culture,
supportive leadership, and excellent team environment. This position offers an outstanding work-life balance with
four 10-hour days per week, no after-hours
call requirements, and an average patient volume
of approximately 12 patients per day. The hospital
utilizes the EPIC electronic health record
system. Key responsibilities include: Evaluation and management of patients with a wide range of sleep
disorders Reviewing and interpreting sleep studies with physician
collaboration Initiation and ongoing management of PAP therapy Patient education on sleep hygiene, treatment plans, and therapy
