Fine dining farm to table restaurant in Cle Elum Washington is
currently accepting applications for Chef de Cuisine. This is a
resort area with over 3000 vacationers coming to the area each
week. There is a large loyal local community of regulars as well.
If you like the great outdoors and are tired of the hustle and
bustle of the city AND you can COOK, then we need to talk. You must
have experience in fine dining and understand New American Modern
Cuisine. A culinary arts degree will move you to the head of the

to create unique small sharable plates. We pickle and preserve the
fresh ingredients for use (and display) in the winter months. Our
menu will be ever changing depending on what is available. You are
responsible for all kitchen functions including menu development,
food purchasing, vendor relations, preparation and maintenance of
quality standards, sanitation and cleanliness, training of
employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation,
portion and cost control, and sanitation and cleanliness.
Locally sourced ingredients will come from local farms, ranches and
growers. We will offer dry aged meats from our own dry age locker.
We strive to use the entire ingredient from the roots to the stems.
