We're seeking a positive, personable customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity! The customer service specialist is our frontline contact for our walk-in customers and is responsible for increasing revenue through front-counter sales, account management, and database marketing.

Responsibilities:

Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
--- Evaluate client's needs and develop solutions based on those needs
--- Quality insurance and client service of outgoing jobs
--- Ability to be the conduit between our operations team and clients in order to ensure strong client service, timeliness and quality
--- Maintain daily communications with our operations team
--- Oversee in-house front-counter sales
--- Systematic estimate management and follow up
--- Conduct collections for receivables
--- Update client records and purchasing history
--- Market to pre-existing clients
--- Maintain clean and organized showroom workspace

Qualifications:

High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills

Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
--- Previous customer service experience is a plus
--- Professional, upbeat, and outgoing with excellent people skills
--- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
--- Positive outlook, goal oriented, and reliable
--- Clean driving record with dependable vehicle and valid drivers license
--- Ability to work independently as well as an integral team member
--- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
--- Keen multi-tasking abilities
--- Self-motivated team player
