As a supervisor in our recreation team, you'll use your friendly demeanor and passion for guest service to lead a team of fitness center and pool attendants. Use equipment only as intended - Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day - Manage and operate the Food and Beverage Poolside service. Create systems and procedures to ensure members and guests receive proper F&B service - Maintain positive guest relations at all times - Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction - Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas - Maintain complete knowledge of property management system and manual procedures - Set up and organize work station with designated supplies, forms and resource materials; report shortages to supervisor - Inspect Health Club - Maintain Reception Desk - Assume responsibilities of Manager, when applicable - Perform Attendant's Job, when applicable - Maintain knowledge and process Health Club Memberships - Maintain and follow OSHA Regulations/MSDS - Maintain current Certification Cards - Deliver, Store and Inventory LinenAvailability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidaysMust be a minimum or 21-years-oldHas proper food handler's certifications or the ability to obtain within 30-days of hirePrevious hospitality or other relevant experienceHigh school graduateFluency in English both verbal and non-verbalProvide legible communication and directionsCompute basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers)
