Company DescriptionGee Whiz, part of the Auvil Fruit family of companies, is a premium grower and producer of Washington apples and cherries sold under the highly regarded Gee Whiz brand.We are seeking a full-time Payroll Coordinator to support our growing company.Job DescriptionThe Payroll?Coordinator?compiles?and records?employee time and payroll data. Computes employees' time worked, production and commissions. Computes and posts wages and deductions, prepares paychecks and distributes paychecks.?Essential Functions??* Compile payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance and 401(k) deductions.? * Pull electronic time sheets and review the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy.? * Contact department supervisors for any missing data.? * Prepare and distribute paychecks and paystubs.? * Compile internal management reports from payroll system software.? Required Education And Experience?* High School Diploma OR sufficient education to make appropriate arithmetic equations and complete written documentation, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training that provides the desired knowledge,?skills?and characteristics.? * Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred Education And Experience?* Associate's?degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.??
