Director) – Full Time Location: Kennewick Position Type: Full-Time
| Direct Hire Salary Range: $104,208 – $140,691 annually Position
Summary We are seeking an experienced People Services Director /
Human Resources Director to lead and manage the Human Resources
function. This leadership role reports to the Market CEO and is
responsible for overseeing HR strategy, workforce planning,
employee relations, and departmental operations to support
organizational goals and enhance employee experience. Key
Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and
departmental goals aligned with organizational objectives. Lead and
manage human resources operations , including recruitment, employee
relations, and workforce development. Oversee staffing, onboarding,
performance management, and disciplinary processes . Manage and
monitor department budgets and operational performance . Coordinate
internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements. Provide leadership in labor relations and collective
bargaining processes . Foster a culture of professional growth,
engagement, and collaboration . Ensure compliance with employment
laws, HR policies, and organizational standards . Supervise HR
staff and ensure effective HR service delivery across departments .
Qualifications ? Master’s degree in Human Resources or related
field – Required ? Healthcare Human Resources experience – Required
? Labor relations and collective bargaining negotiation experience
– Preferred ? Strong leadership and HR management experience ?
Ability to handle complex employee relations and organizational
