Are you interested in a joining a fast growing company focused on helping others navigate the legal and insurance fields? We are seeking qualified applicants to join the Fielding Law Group. We have multiple offices in Washington State and Idaho. We are looking for a litigation paralegal in the Royal City, Washington. This position with the firm is primarily focused on litigation involving personal injury and automobile accidents. The position being filled is full-time with health, dental, and vision benefits. Salary depends on experience. Duties Draft pleadings, motions and appellate documents and file them with the court Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics etc) Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests Gather relevant information from a variety of sources Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties Requirements Proven working experience as a litigation paralegal Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices etc Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail Paralegal associates degree or other relevant certification Interested applicants should provide a cover letter, resume (including reference to any relevant coursework), and two to three references. Requirements: Requirements needed for position: Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Word and other applications to perform basic office tasks. Applicants should be capable of working independently and not be easily stressed by difficult clients or handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Applicants must possess diligent time keeping/time management skills, have a high attention to detail, ability to proof own work and have strong organizational skills. Applicants must be punctual and have a strong work ethic. Applicants must be able to interact professionally with clients and other office personnel. Legal office experience is a requirement.
