The Vice President is responsible for all fiscal, administrative, clinical, and operational aspects of our services in Yakima and Kittitas Counties. In particular, this position will oversee clinical services for our Ellensburg, Sunnyside, and Yakima campuses and ensure the quality, accessibility, and implementation of those services is exceptional. The Vice President will also ensure that clinical supervision and team management meet Comprehensive’s standards. In addition, the Vice President is also responsible for completing major strategic & operational initiatives and communicating agency vision, plans, and changes to both direct reports and program staff. The Vice President should be highly motivated with a strong clinical background, have exceptional interpersonal skills, and have a talent for leading and motivating others. Vice President duties may include:

ensuring the delivery of appropriate, clinically-effective, and culturally-competent services across all campuses & programs by managing staff levels, work assignments, and internal processes

mentoring and developing individual employees and teams, providing guidance and structure to achieve best practice, and working to develop strong clinical skills and optimal performance across all staff

providing clinical supervision to staff, which includes the assessment of clinical skills, giving constructive feedback, and offering training

monitoring the clinical effectiveness of programs and ensuring that services are consistent with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards

developing campus budgets to ensure fair & effective resource management

representing Comprehensive Healthcare in the community

identifying opportunities for program growth and business development

participating in strategic planning for the organization

serving as a member of the operations team and participating in the creation and implementation of clinical & administrative policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field

Eight years of relevant experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred

Must have or be eligible for independent licensure (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) and designation as a Mental Health Professional or Child Mental Health Specialist within 6 months of hire

Clinical knowledge and experience with children, adults, and families

Broad programming abilities for diverse clinical populations

Experience making presentations & working with leadership boards

Valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance
